These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the d8ads online betting and casino platform, including the website at https://d8ads.io and all related services, features, content, and functionality offered by d8ads (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by d8ads and is made available to eligible users in Bangladesh.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, accessing any game, or otherwise using the Platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and that the person or entity meets all eligibility requirements set out herein.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translation, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

• "Balance" means the total funds held in your d8ads Account, comprising real-money funds and any eligible bonus funds, as displayed in your account dashboard.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by d8ads subject to promotional terms and conditions.
• "d8ads" refers to the operator of the Platform and the brand under which all services are offered.
• "Game" means any betting market, casino game, live dealer game, slots title, crash game, esports market, or other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required of all account holders prior to withdrawal of funds.
• "Platform" means the d8ads website at https://d8ads.io and all associated services, tools, and features.
• "Taka" / "৳" / "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all d8ads accounts are denominated.
• "User", "you", "your" means the individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they may be withdrawn, as specified in the relevant promotional terms.

To register a d8ads account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. d8ads is strictly an adults-only platform. Underage gambling is illegal and is not permitted under any circumstance.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate accounts and entities may not register personal player accounts.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of d8ads, nor a close family member of any such individual.
• You must not already hold a d8ads Account. Only one account per person is permitted. Creating duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts (multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

d8ads reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active d8ads Account at any time. If d8ads identifies that you hold more than one account — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances may be forfeited without prior notice.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to use a strong password and to change it regularly. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account. d8ads will never ask you to disclose your password by email, telephone, or live chat.

Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify d8ads immediately by contacting [email protected]. d8ads will take reasonable steps to secure your account pending investigation. d8ads is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to notify d8ads promptly or where the access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

KYC Verification. All accounts are required to complete KYC identity verification before withdrawal requests will be processed. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. d8ads reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time. Accounts that do not complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is complete.

Account Closure. You may request closure of your d8ads account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any eligible real-money balance remaining at the time of account closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

Supported Payment Methods. d8ads supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). d8ads reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at its discretion.

Deposits. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within two minutes. d8ads does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which d8ads is not responsible.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering safeguard. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being fully complete. Standard withdrawal processing time is one to three business days, though most bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within two hours of approval. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of BST business hours are processed on the next business day.

Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling period. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard. d8ads reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds as required by its anti-money-laundering obligations.

Third-Party Payments. d8ads does not accept deposits from payment instruments that are not registered in your own name. Withdrawals will only be made to accounts or instruments verified as belonging to the account holder. Any attempt to use a third-party payment method is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

Currency. All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). d8ads does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any conversion to Taka performed by your payment provider is outside d8ads's control, and d8ads is not responsible for exchange rate differences.

d8ads may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible account holders. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each offer, which form part of these Terms when accepted.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to players who are 21 years of age or older and have completed KYC verification unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per person, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are detailed in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Real-money funds are used first in wagers unless the promotional terms specify otherwise.

• If d8ads determines that a bonus has been claimed using fraudulent means, including the creation of multiple accounts or the provision of false information, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.
• Bonuses expire on the date specified in the individual promotional terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance without compensation.

d8ads reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds that have been credited in error. d8ads's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on the d8ads Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product, market, or game, as published within the Platform. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and agree to the applicable product-specific rules.

Bet Acceptance. d8ads reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where the bet is placed after the relevant event has commenced, where the odds were displayed in error, or where unusual betting patterns are detected. Bets accepted in error will be voided and the stake returned to your account balance.

Game Fairness. All casino games and slots available on the d8ads Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Technical Malfunctions. Live Betting. For in-play or live betting markets, odds are subject to change in real time and bets may be suspended at any point during a live event. Bets placed on suspended markets will be void. It is your responsibility to ensure that any live bet you intend to place is successfully accepted by the Platform before the market closes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the d8ads Platform. Violation of any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting), including under a different name, email address, payment method, or device.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, scripts, bots, algorithms, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, including for the purpose of placing bets, spinning slots, or accessing any feature.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or in any game supplied by a third-party provider. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected bug are void and will be reclaimed.
• Colluding with other players in any live game, poker variant, or multiplayer product to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over d8ads.

• Facilitating, assisting, or encouraging any third party to engage in any of the prohibited activities listed in this section.

d8ads employs fraud detection, pattern analysis, and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. If d8ads determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it may void all bets placed during the relevant period, suspend or permanently close the account, and retain any funds up to the value of any losses d8ads has suffered as a result of the prohibited conduct.

All content on the d8ads Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of d8ads or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any content or functionality of the Platform for any commercial purpose.

The d8ads name, logo, and all related marks and trade dress are trademarks of d8ads. You must not use d8ads trademarks without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of d8ads trademarks or any Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

d8ads does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. d8ads is not liable for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform or from any failure, interruption, or delay in the Platform's operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, d8ads's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your d8ads account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes d8ads's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by d8ads's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

d8ads reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When d8ads makes material changes to these Terms, it will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify registered account holders via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. d8ads recommends checking this page each time you use the Platform to ensure that you are aware of any changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. d8ads operates the Platform for users in Bangladesh and makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or lawful for use in other jurisdictions.

Any dispute arising between you and d8ads in connection with your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to the d8ads customer support team for attempted resolution. d8ads aims to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

You agree that any claim you may have against d8ads must be brought within one year of the date on which the claim arose. Claims brought after this period are time-barred.
